The project involves rolling out new servers and Active Directory to each branch and applying a standard operating environment to all desktop computers. Completion of company workflow and Management Information System (MIS) for Australian Naval prime contractor based in Garden Island and Port Kembla. The new platform allows for job tracking and reporting on the various stages of each project through to completion and customer acceptance. We have also included a customised quotation and invoicing module that directly integrates into the backend accounting system database. Screenshots to follow shortly

SEPTEMBER 2009
Cogenesis selected as support partner for retail store group. Our IT support contract covers 13 sites in all Australian states and New Zealand (Auckland & Christchurch). The group contains a technical mix of Microsoft and Linux platforms.

Cogenesis completes development of time billing and quotation platform for mobile sales force. The system ties directly in with MYOB database for synchronised customer information and for Quotation to eventual invoice conversion.

MAY 2009
Our network and IT support department is selected as the onsite IT Support contractor for famous Finnish mobile phone manufacturer. The deal requires us to support sites and research laboratories throughout the east coast of Australia. Cogenesis is selected as their sole onsite desktop support company for the Australian region.

MARCH 2009
Rollout and implementation of bespoke SCOPX document management system completed ahead of projected implementation timeframe. Cogenesis awarded with extension of IT Services contract

Cogenesis successfully completes Microsoft Windows Vista desktop rollout for international charity organisation Australian offices.

Cogenesis is awarded 2 year IT Support and services contract for one of Sydney's leading financial services organisations.

AUGUST 2008
Cogenesis transitions 100+ seat network over two states from Windows 2003 to Windows 2008 Active directory infrastructure. Included in the transition was a migration from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007, implementing technologies such as Forefront and Edge Transport for enhanced security.

Cogenesis implements a 130 seat VoIP based phone system across 4 sites to make use of free internal calls & advanced call routing & remote access to services such as voicemail. A full wireless DECT system was also included in this system which allows roaming across all sites.

MARCH 2008
Cogenesis completes integration project for major retailing business. Integrating old excel based back of house procedures into a dynamic company intranet. Seemless data flow between their Accounting system and the intranet now saves many many hours of labour intensive data entry.
