The new platform allows for job tracking and reporting on the various stages of each project through to completion and customer acceptance. Cogenesis implements a 130 seat VoIP based phone system across 4 sites to make use of free internal calls & advanced call routing & remote access to services such as voicemail. A full wireless DECT system was also included in this system which allows roaming across all sites automatically

Cogenesis completes integration project for major retailing firm. Integrating old excel based back of house procedures into a dynamic company intranet. Seemless data flow between their Accounting system and the intranet now saves many many hours of labour intensive data entry.
