Completion of company workflow and Management Information System (MIS) for Australian Naval prime contractor based in Garden Island and Port Kembla. The new platform allows for job tracking and reporting on the various stages of each project through to completion and customer acceptance. Cogenesis implements a 130 seat VoIP based phone system across 4 sites to make use of free internal calls & advanced call routing & remote access to services such as voicemail. A full wireless DECT system was also included in this system which allows roaming across all sites automatically
